Again and again, bookatonce is travelling across Europe visiting various tourism trade fairs, making new contacts, discovering the latest trends and to enter into direct dialogue with our customers.

During the last months bookatonce was in Salzburg “Alles für den Gast” (All for the guest) and in Paris at Equip’Hotel.

Equip’Hotel in Paris

Equip’Hotel is an international exhibition for restaurant, hotel and catering facilities, and this professional trade event held every 2 years. It offers its visitors a good opportunity to establish new business contacts and deepen existing ones.

Björn Grunert attended to this tourism trade fair from Nov. 15^th to Nov. 17^th and many visitors had a high interest on the new web based solution for small hotels, B&B and pensions, bookatonce. With our French partners, “Ideosoft” which helps us to introduce bookatonce on the French market, to get many interesting contacts, including the hotel school “Lausanne”. Once again our colleagues showed bookatonce as a solution for small properties. Frequently Hotel Software is designed for larger hotels, bookatonce in the other hand, was developed specifically for the needs of small properties, being a perfect solution for room and guest management. Particularly well received was the French website designed for this trade fair for new customers of bookatonce.

“Alles für den Gast” in Salzburg
This trade fair is an exhibition for restaurant, hotel and food industry. The International event was held from Nov. 6^th to Nov 10^th and it is one of the mandatory events in the catering and hotel industry.

Laura Summann represented bookatonce at the trade fair and was in frequent contact with various existing and new customers. Really enthusiastic were the customers of the flexible, web-based alternative that offers bookatonce in contrast to traditional software installations. The customers are very interested on the new online booking facilities through facebook and twitter that bookatonce offers. It doesn’t matter if you have a vacation apartment or a 30 rooms hotel, our IDS, GDS, online booking portals and Channel Manager are available for all the sizes. The highlight was this year again the new iPhone and iPod App for bookatonce that gives the chance to all customers to use bookatonce from anywhere.
