FAQ
Is the Personal Edition going to be really free?
Yes, it will be always. Only if you need the optional features "online reservations", bookatonce will charge you the price showed in our price list.
How does the 30-day trial version work?
This trial version allows you to use bookatonce in the Business Edition for 30 days free of charge and without obligation. Get to know the user interface and the functions and learn how well bookatonce can support you in managing your rooms and promoting your online sales.
While using the trial version you can book the Edition at any time by entering your payment details. Should you decide against using bookatonce, your access will automatically be deactivated after 30 days.
What do I do if I need more information or have questions?
Via the member area, all bookatonce members receive access to detailed user guides and useful tips on how to optimise your work. Should you have any further questions though, please don’t hesitate to contact our German and English speaking team at service@bookatonce.com. Our service hotline for technical support is also available during our working hours for just 1.00 EUR per room.
How do I pay? Which payment methods are offered?
You will receive a quarterly electronic invoice, which you can conveniently access and print in the secure bookatonce member area. The usage fees will be debited from your chosen method of payment (3D-Secure, Credit Cards Master Card or Visa).
Which functions for online booking do you offer?
bookatonce offers you a complete online booking solution. You can choose to offer online booking of your rooms on your website or via online hotel reservations agencies such as booking.com or social networks such as Facebook.
You can manage your rates and availabilities in your bookatonce hotel management. No matter which online channel(s) you are using or would like to use, reservations will automatically be transferred to your bookatonce system, without your doing anything. The availabilities will then automatically be adjusted accordingly and taken into account upon a subsequent request.
How much does the online booking functionality cost?
You can purchase the online booking function for the Personal as well as for the Business Edition for just
5.00 EUR per month and sales channel. Other than that there won’t be any additional transaction or other fees.
What are the technical requirements?
bookatonce is based on the Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Amongst other things, this means that software does not have to be installed locally on your computer. All you need is Internet access, as well as a computer with an Internet browser such as
Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Firefox 3, Safari 4, Chrome 4 or higher and Adobe Flash (V10.0 or higher). To create booking confirmations and invoices you will also need the free open-source office software suite Open Office (www.openoffice.org).
