Apart from offering online booking to guests via your own website, Business Edition users can also benefit from a number of interfaces, which open the door to the entire world of online sales and marketing. Imagine how many more people will notice your room deals, if you offer your rooms on the websites of tourism organisations and via booking portals such as booking.com and hotels.com.
Whether you directly connect with a certain distribution channel or use a channel manager such as Cultuzz, all reservations will automatically be transferred to your bookatonce system, without your doing anything. The availabilities will then automatically be adjusted accordingly and taken into account upon a subsequent request.
You can centrally manage your rates and availabilities in your bookatonce hotel management and changes will be taken into account in all channels. You won’t need to worry about constantly updating availabilities and rates per sales channel, as bookatonce will take care of that for you.
Our support will help you set up these sales channels. For setup and activation we charge a fee of 79 EUR per channel. Additionally there’s a monthly fee of 5 EUR per channel. – With just one booking these costs will have payed off!
